This Privacy Policy explains how Rolly Receipts LLC ("Rolly Receipts," "we," "us," or "our"), 205 S Walnut St., Arcanum, OH 45304, collects, uses, and shares personal information through RollyReceipts.com (the "Site"). The Site describes our free ATM and credit card terminal programs and our Smokeable and EcoThermal receipt products. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information you give us:
- ATM and credit card terminal inquiry forms (for example, "Get a Free ATM" and "Get a Free CC"): your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and other details you choose to provide about your business.
- Sample requests: your name, contact details, and shipping address.
- Contact forms and emails or calls: your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
- Mailing list: your email address when you subscribe.
Information collected automatically: When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and dates and times of visits, using cookies and similar technologies.

The Site uses cookies set by our hosting platform, Wix, which are needed for the Site to function. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Global Privacy Control: Where required by law, we treat a browser Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and Smokeable products are intended only for adults of legal age to buy smoking-related products where they live. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites and social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Please check this page periodically.
