ROLLY RECEIPTS - TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Who We Are

RollyReceipts.com (the "Site") is operated by Rolly Receipts LLC ("Rolly Receipts," "we," "us," or "our"), 205 S Walnut St., Arcanum, OH 45304. By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you are requesting, buying, or using Smokeable receipt paper, you must also be of legal age to buy and use smoking-related products where you live, and you are responsible for following all laws that apply to you. If you use the Site for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

 

3. Free ATM and Credit Card Terminal Programs

The Site describes free ATM and credit card ("CC") terminal programs, including Smokeable and EcoThermal options. Submitting a "Get a Free ATM," "Get a Free CC," or similar form is an inquiry only. It does not create a binding agreement, guarantee eligibility or placement, or obligate either party. Any ATM or terminal placement, processing service, fee, revenue arrangement, equipment, installation, or service term is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by you and Rolly Receipts (and any processor or other party named in it). If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls.

 

4. Sample Requests

We may provide free samples at our discretion. Sample availability, quantity, and shipping may be limited and may change or end at any time. A sample request does not create any purchase obligation.

 

5. Product Information

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and other information on the Site accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Product details, availability, and program terms may change without notice.

 

6. Smokeable Receipt Paper - Warning, Assumption of Risk, and Disclaimer

WARNING: Smoke inhalation of any type increases risks of cancer.

(a) No health claims. We make no claim that any smoking or smoke inhalation is safe or healthy, and nothing on the Site is medical advice.

(b) Adults only. Smokeable receipt products are intended only for adults of legal age where they are used. Do not provide them to minors.

(c) Compliance with law. You are solely responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to buying, possessing, distributing, or using these products.

(d) Assumption of risk. If you choose to smoke or burn any product, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you assume all risks, including health risks, fire, burns, and property damage.

(e) Limitation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rolly Receipts is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from smoking, burning, or misusing any product.

 

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading information; interfere with or disrupt the Site; attempt to access systems or data without authorization; or copy, scrape, or misuse Site content.

 

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the names "Rolly Receipts," "Smokeable," and "EcoThermal," are owned by or licensed to Rolly Receipts and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

 

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, social media) and is hosted on a third-party platform. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SAMPLES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ROLLY RECEIPTS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SAMPLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

 

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rolly Receipts and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

 

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

 

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any separate written agreement described above, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
